hello 2010!

oh dearest blog, sorry for neglecting u. blame it on mukabuku, haha. however i am yet to master few arts using it but i cant seem to find the time though. lame excuse i know.

december kicks in quietly and now leaving us so soon. thought it was like 3 weeks ago, we were in the midst of getting the grades for students moderated and finalized. reluctantly (ha ha dont tell my boss) went to kudat for 2 day seminar and took a week off afterwards. back this week only to find out that the external examiner decided to visit us the next day, 2 wks ahead of schedule. it was quite a whirlwind for the past 2 days, for us at least.

hmm.. a month away and now they are back for a fresh semester, technically they should be here by this week, but i couldnt find a soul yet. look at the school foyer..empty, quiet.. spooky?

yeah.. :) heyy.. lecture should start this week i supposed? the kids had decided to start the following week even before i made any announcement. ah well, saves me time. zaman dah berubah kan. semua dah online so everything is a just a click away. gone are the days where u have to wait all day long for registration. nangis tau zaman dulu2 nak register. thats why kita dulu a week before classes start dah sibuk balik uni. these days they couldnt care less. hmm.. nanti cikgu buat quiz on first class baru tau nih.. hehe

wow, today is the last day of 2009, wonder what have i accomplished so far. nothing close to top of the world, but alhamdulillah life has been great and wonderful this yr. new addition to the family, got my confirmation, completed a grant, applied new ones, and many more. family matters and work life have been very good, though nothing being planned properly (so typical of me huh!) but thank God everything turned out alright. :) of course there are good times, and bad times too. sadly i had to say no to melbourne, i am devastated but i'm keeping my spirit high and hope that someday new opportunities will come. i just need to keep going and be happy with life. thats what matters. i cant please everyone and similarly i dont expect others to meet all my expectations. for this yr, i couldn't have everything in my wish list of course hehe, but hey i can always carry forward to next year? kan hubby?? kan kan...ha ha

23rd dec marked the 4th yr of our marriage. wow, so fast. imagine! 4 yrs and 3 kids (soon). wow, that is even faster than a rocket to the moon. ha ha ha. yeah, true.. the comments i received so far. well, i have to admit the news really surprised me initially but then again as i began to realize his presence, i can only say one word. alhamdulillah that is. we are worried a little bit on how we are going to handle 3 small kids all at the same time, but we are happy nonetheless. management is the key word. we just need to work out a good plan. well everything is in progress i must say. the eac panels really hate that in progress word. now i think i know how they feel. haha.

its a gift from Him and i'm grateful and blessed. i have friends who have been yearning for kids after many years of marriage, but failed after many attempts. that really puts my feet on the ground. and reminds me to always be thankful. a friend did mention to me to hug her so tight so i can infect her with a baby. sweet, but that remark almost made me cry. hope her time will come, soon.

relationship? some say that hubby and i are good friends. i can say yes to that. he is a good friend, lover, listener, and wonderful hubby over the last 4 yrs. i hope he feels the same way for me too, though most of the times i know i'm sucks at being wifey and mommy. hehehe.. but it is so untrue that our marriage is ideal where life is as colorful and pretty as a rainbow. we fought on several occasions, i cried and many silly things happened, but thats it. u learn something out of it, and make up and forgive and go crazy for each other all over again. there is always something new to learn everyday for as long as we remember that neither us or our spouse are perfect. 3 rules- make mistake, learn and change for the better. i bet in 30 yrs to come, i am still clueless of his favorite drink. he always told me this "buat ja la apa2, abg x kisah.. semua pon abg minum", whenever i asked him what he wanted to drink after we reached home from work. bagus kan, senang keje saya. 3 in 1 kan byk.. hahaha...

new dreams and hope fro next yr of course. good health and a better future for the family. hope hubby will get what he has been working so hard over the last few mths, really soon. and i can start concentrating on my dreams too. have a great year ahead everyone, may all ur wishes come true! keep on praying, stay focus and be happy. happy new year! :)

family day & competition

the canteen people asked my whereabouts just now. obviously, there are 2 things here. i am definitely a regular and i ate like a cow. ha ha ha. haih, they thought i had gone into labor because i was missing for 3 days. ha ha ha, i must have morphed into an elephant this time around! i gained another 4 kilos over the last 3 wks. now thats about 10 kilos since i knew i'm expecting. oh dear. hmmm.. now is that a good thing or a bad thing? seriously, babe u need to do something!!!!

anyways just to share some kodak moments with my girls. this is taken few weeks ago. now that the marking thingy is so yesterday, i just need to squeeze in some time to upload this before eac, obe or kudat gets in between or before i totally forgotten about it. enjoy pics taken during her kindie family day@sabah state library and coloring competition@karamunsing!

she was not in the dancing competition, but the moment the song was aired, she just jumped into the crowd. obviously, a li'il excited...oh anakku!

and my girl got this! hehe.. next competition is mengenal abjad, while barbaris, the principal came to me and whispered, yg nih syuhada x pyh masukla, dia sudah dapat tadi... hahahaha... buyuk kan cikgu dia..

not qualified as x cukup umur, but her teacher wanted her to join this competition too.. so, tipu guna nama org lain, patutla masa register terkial2 saya cari nama anak saya..nasib x kedapatan..

u might be wondering what happened to the kid sis..napa gbr si kakak ja kan, unfair nih kan...well, here she is...presenting the korean girl though her mommy & daddy are more towards kaling... nah, of course she is ours.. she got my nose..tak caya cuba ukur..hehehe

my sweet darling at almost 11 mths now.. her milestone is great as of now.. learns to babble few words mama most of the times (yeahhh!!), keen on walking too... and such a big eater!!!
