Early morning was spent on my Sophie Kinsella’s old collection which I have yet to finish reading. I don’t know why it takes me like months to finish it, by the time I reached page 15 I will close the book and do other things and forgot all about it for weeks. Then I have to reread the previous page again. It goes on and on. Blurgh. But today, I make up my mind and start reading the book again, I just need to do it as this thing is coming up pretty soon. What could be a better way to learn English than to find an interesting read? Inggerish sudah bertagar nih bahaya bah...
That guy is calling us countless times I find it annoying, gosh I'm reaching my flash point already. Hey, push the wrong button, and I can be ridiculously cranky alright. I know that the car is here and we need to pick up fast, but that thing can wait ok. Can’t we just fix weekend for it. Ishkk… Cousin told me it was payday yesterday, and I just gulp on the idea that all this mth kah-ching will go mostly to the house and car.. Sigh…Heck think investment for the house, I will need to buy one sooner or later, and of course with the yearly increment in price, the sooner I get one the better. How about the car? I think that will definitely comes as in a need, a growing family would mean a bigger and affordable transport. My cute little bug is cramped with diapers, oh u know all sort of baby’s necessities when we have to travel with darling daughter. I cannot even find a space to put the stroller and that pissed me off! But of course, after several considerations, we want the cheapest car yet spacious (I’m not taking about a bus here alright)…. Yikes…haha, when on earth can find it bah? Hence the blm. I know its cheap, more of a compact perodua standard but heck I don’t care. I do not want to be bother with serious debt crisis.
The wedding is 3 weeks away and mom is worried sick at home with the snail’s pace preparation at home. Me too. Uwaaa…We really really need to double the effort and move faster.
Darling syuhada will turn 18 months this april, 12. It felt as though it was just yesterday I gave birth to her, gosh how fast time flies. Everyday, when we reached home from a tiring day at work, she’ll will be there sitting in front of the telly waiting for us. She’ll scream upon seeing us and salam our hands, without having to be told. It’s just amazing of how such act can touch your heart and eventually melt away silly problems at the office. :).. Given huge problems, they’ll just disappear the moment she starts laughing and playing with us. The joy of parenthood, nothing beats the feeling alright.
It is tremendously difficult these days to find an empty parking space, for reasons I think most of the lecturers are aware of. They are mainly dominated by students, and for that we had to park either someplace further away from the building (used to be tempat students park but somehow sikit2 & makin berani they got nearer to the building) or at places that we are not allowed to park the car. I got few surat saman already for doing the later act but I don’t care and I am definitely not going to pay for it. These students are even brave enough to park in the coordinator or even in the dean’s place! Well, I guess its high time to teach them things somewhat unrelated to the theories in books – sensibility. My previous uni didn’t allow us to use certain jalan tau, let alone park in designated area for staffs, mmg cari pasal la tuh kalau bikin juga. Ya lor, there were days that I had to park so far and carrying a laptop and another huge bag to the class further away is stressful at times, of course with my petite frame things could’ve gotten a little annoying. Kalau ada student yg offer sanggup mau tlg tida apa la jugak. They just looked at u, walking like an old penguin trying to balance urself from falling, hmm...so heartless and inconsiderate. All because of their silly attitude and complete ignorance. There is even this car which, without fail will be parked on a daily basis at the same spot (the nearest to the building), as in proclaiming the place already. Oh man. I seriously think that, should there be a road in front of the class room they would’ve probably parked the car there. Funny heh. I guess, the student’s culture here is the reverse what we have in peninsular. Strange. Where on earth would u find a uni that the lecturer sits in the class and waits for the student to come to register? For TWO days? Only in sabah bah. Lucky those kids, I didn’t get the chance to do that in my uni years, registration was always a hellish day last time.
I’m making a really slow progress on the notes. Isk isk isk, pjg btol pula entry nih….Later peeps.
