Her

Today I am going to rant about her...my vendor. She is driving me up to the wall with her attitude. Beware this is quite a lengthy post, dinasihatkan buat kopi kalau mau.

I am still waiting for the March rental from the previous owner. She has failed to inform her tenant to vacant the place once we got the house in March. And for that we are willing to let her tenant stayed there till the end of that month provided that the rental for that month belongs to us. I think that is quite reasonable, well we can actually asked her to pay double because she had failed to fulfilled her promise. Padahal kalau mau jahat boleh ja panggil polis halau.

Now its already end of May, and she hasnt paid a single cent! For reason that I havent change the pipe and electricity meter to my name yet. Yes she is afraid that I will be charging her for the bill. Just for the record, she has actually asked the jab air and elektrik untuk potong bekalan somewhere in mid April and didnt even bother telling us. A week later her letter arrived saying that she will not pay for the rental unless I changed the meters to my name. If the case if she is just so freaking afraid that I charged her for the bills, the issue no longer exist since she cut down the supply in advance. Bongok ka apa org nih. I just want the freaking rental, its only 900rm bah, she can just pay the rent using online banking klu susah sgt mau kluar pigi bank. Mmg saya bercdg mau pegi tukar nama and register baru utk api air, but I was quite busy for the first 2 weeks in april, tak sempat ok.

She refuses to give her new number and we have been dealing with her SIL and sulong&sinsua since she migrated to kl. Punya susah mau deal with her. She couldn't wait for the loan to be released and asked us to pay for the down payment of the house immediately because she's leaving to kl. And we obliged ok, its 24k mind you. Inconsiderate lady!...Ok fine, maybe it is a normal thing to do. Just that we have never menyusahkan dia why now she makes things so complicated. Now we are only asking her to pay so little, yet she refuses to do so. Boleh saman ka, menceroboh masuk rumah saya in March?

Oh ya, of course I have changed the meter to my name last mth, my tenant tidak mandi 3 ari and bergelap ok. Kasian. Its weekend + public holiday some more, thus explained the delay. I guess, if we can just negotiate a little bit, things will not get this ugly. To a point I think, her action is somewhat crazy and unreasonable. Macam nih punya org pon ada ka. Even if the meters are still under her name, I will pay for it if I use it. Simple as that.

This is what u get when u are dealing with arrogant filthy rich people, bossy and has head as big as mt kinabalu. Just because she owns like 10 houses in kk, doesn't mean she owns the world. Plus, I am just surprised why our lawyer is siding on the vendor. Its pretty obvious and I guess I just learn my biggest lesson. Do not choose ur lawyer from the same lawyer for ur vendor. I bet they are much nicer to u if u paid more. Now should I call the vendor or the firm? I just want my money.

No wonder abgA was so relieved to see us. He said that he cannot tolerate the previous owner. They have never spoken ok and he lives for 10 years there. Imagine that. She did the renovation of the house and masuk rumah abang tuh w/out telling him simply because she wanted her worker to change the fence. I thought, by right kalau u nak masuk rumah somebody& mau buat smtg u must inform the owner, lagi la kalu u nak buat renovation and ada terkena sikit rumah org tuh. Hmm...I am fuming, is it the hormone? I think I need some legal advice. I am tired of waiting.

Worried

Now that the AUD$1 has reached RM3.1, it may be a good idea to rethink about studying outside the country. Unless, that is if the scholarship is increase as well that could lessen the burden, but come to think of it, with the turmoil in the govt these days, I dont know whether it'll be materialized. I'm worried. Should I?

Hmm.... just last week some local and international news have reported that the govt is planning to trade off the palm oil to any country that can provide us rice. That bad? Just think about it. And some interesting fact, budgets for the not so urgent development will be used to subsidized more on food, if I'm not mistaken about RM4 bil. Wow imagine that, are we really having food crisis now?Should we panic? Should we go to giant and buy 15 packets of rice at one go, I've seen many did this...Now tell me, are there any chances of some increment in the scholarship? I bet living outside the country would mean less subsidized fuel and all. Thus, things are more likely to be expensive.

Life is really pressing these days, explaining the rapid growth of the crime rate. What will happen if the fuel price increases again this yr? Guess terpaksa masak nasi di ofis la jawabnya... He he

And few weeks ago Nargis and China earthquake? Hmm.. how do we deal with all this?

Bloggeristics

The one thing that is good about blogging is that you are able to pen down your idea, and express your true being. I find it soothing. Thus, I just realized for the past 8 yrs, I have had few of them that I wrote intermittently. I had one written during my early days in university while doing my internship with TheCo, another two while I have started working with u*m*s, and one while I was in skudai, and the recent two after I came back from studies. Hehe, funny heh how I like to cluster my entry according to the environment.

Therefore, when I started reading them back again yesterday, I find it amazing how I have changed a lot in less than 10 years. From a young girl with childish thoughts to a more serious mommy and laid back underpaid govt servant. Ha ha… Obviously I was enjoying more of my younger days way back in the university where I could just go out with friends till the wee hours, have late supper, or catch a movie or two, and listen to the latest tune those days. The only thing bugging me of course, anything or everything related to school(asmgts, exams, reports…etc). Period. Well, I am known as the queen of procrastinator, thus I can always be spotted studying like crazy comes exam week, u just gotta do whatever it takes to survive. Saya kuat main thus kena study kaw kaw juga to compensate. Ha ha ha. And I was never a library person, I felt suffocated and tortured mentally if I were to be there.

Then came the era, in which I began my career with the university. The first year was fun; I remember it was very much different four years ago, I mean the environment. But, once I left for that Uni, life is revolving around the same thing again (books, lectures, friends) which I enjoyed of course. I guess I’m just fit to be the student not the teacher.*Wink*. Wonder why it gets tad quiet over here since I got back from u*t*m. Perhaps I was just hallucinating but since Aemi admitted the same thing over breakfast this morning, I figured the workplace has changed a lot too over the years. Hmm…I’m missing my crazy friends at the uni.

Here’s one of the link, http://www.scentedshells.blogspot.com. Please bear with semenanjung’s accent hahaha. Cant help it bah. I speak sabahan with dad but more like bahasa baku with mom. Never realized it till a dear friend mentioned it to me. Weird pula bila pikir, but its true even when I talk to both at the same time.

Moderation meeting at 13oo hrs today, boring! :p

Yauw Yauw = Hello Hello

I was surprised to see mom's name appeared on the screen, well she would normally call if there is something urgent to tell or she needs me to buy things. But she remained silent at my hello. Then the next thing I heard was yauw....yauw.....

Ha ha my daughter is playing with mom's phone again, and she accidentally rang me. She just made my day! Although it was just baby talk, I love listening to her every word. Work is pretty taxing lately and thanks to her those silly problems at the office disappeared simply at her yauw...yauw. Well, at least, at the end of the day, u just know why u have to work so hard.

Btw, do u see what I see in the pic? Amazing kan...:) Cheers!
